How long will my order take to ship?

As we are a small home-based business and products are made in small batches for potency and freshness, we aim to ship as soon as possible but there may be some delays if a new batch is due for production.

Shipping Costs

We only ship domestically within Australia. Shipping is free for regular post. If you have any issues with your order and/or delivery, please let us know so we can help.

What is your return policy? 

Our Guarantee

Every skin is different, and we'd rather you found what's right for yours than kept something that isn't.

If a product doesn't suit your skin, let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we'll refund you in full. There's no need to send it back, just email us at hello@wildgoddessbotanicals.com.au and tell us what didn't work. We read every one of these; it's how we learn.

Please note the Ritual Sampler set is excluded from the 30 day guarantee.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind and the product is unopened, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a refund on return of the item. Return postage is at your cost.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer. No return needed.
